Remote B2B Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Outside Sales Representative to generate new B2B business opportunities. You will work independently from a remote location, engaging decision‑makers, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for our technology and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to prospect new customers.
• Identify and qualify leads using ZoomInfo and other sales tools.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Develop relationships with prospects through consistent communication.
• Learn and effectively present our portfolio of low‑voltage systems, access control, security cameras, fire alarm systems, and audio/visual solutions.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• 1+ year of professional experience in sales, business development, customer service, or appointment setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for calls.

Required skills

• ZoomInfo for prospecting.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
