Remote Bilingual Project Coordinator (English & Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Project Coordinator to manage vehicle wrap and fleet install projects across the United States and Canada. The role supports our Print‑Ship‑Install (PSI) operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and certified contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle installations, scheduling and rescheduling based on site readiness, client availability, and material timing.
• Manage Trello boards to track job status from design approval through install completion.
• Monitor production timelines and install readiness using the Vinyl Labs database.
• Oversee shipments, track delivery status, and handle logistics documentation.
• Process contractor invoices in Zoho Books and ensure budget compliance.
• Onboard new remote contractors and expand the installer/vendor network.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager and document resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish bilingualism is a strong asset.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to work North American business hours (PST/EST).

What we offer

• Training period (20 hours) with $200 USD compensation.
