Remote Bookkeeper

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support the day‑to‑day financial operations of our business. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments promptly.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• Assist with month‑end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies and support the finance team with additional bookkeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (day‑to‑day bookkeeping).
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Stripe (payment processing).
• Bill.com (bill management).
