Remote Cold Caller / Telemarketer (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Cold Caller / Telemarketer to support our U.S. roofing and home‑improvement clients. The successful candidate will make high‑volume outbound calls, qualify prospects and schedule in‑home consultations for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective homeowners using company‑provided lead lists and follow established scripts.
• Identify and qualify prospects, overcome objections and schedule qualified homeowners for in‑home consultations.
• Document call outcomes, customer information and follow‑up requirements accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain lead data quality, follow up with warm leads and ensure all interactions are recorded.
• Participate in regular training, continuously improve product knowledge and adapt to evolving scripts and campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting or a call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and a persuasive phone presence.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, objections and rejection while meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently with a U.S.‑based team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Lead Perfection (or similar lead‑management tools) is a plus.
