Remote Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is seeking a Remote Corporate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants, ensuring they are ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada. You will blend instructional design, AI‑driven learning, and hands‑on coaching to create high‑impact training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Train & coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources aligned with Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assistants are ready for client placement, managing cross‑functional communication and follow‑through.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption from basics to advanced use, and implement automations to streamline learning workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching or a related field.
• Fluent C2 English – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyse metrics, surface insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.
