Remote Corporate Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences that empower Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will blend instructional design with AI tools to create high‑impact training that prepares talent for fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Train & Coach: Conduct live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Instructional Design: Build and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance, and effective cross‑functional communication.
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations that scale learning and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent C2 English – written and spoken, with an engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, LMS platforms) and a strong appetite for staying current.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership attitude.
