Remote Forklift Operator (Teleoperator)

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Remote Forklift Operator (Teleoperator) to support warehouse operations from a dedicated workstation. Using controller‑based tools, multiple camera views and system indicators, you will perform real‑time material‑handling tasks for U.S. logistics customers.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely operate counterbalance forklifts or reach trucks to pick pallets, stage loads, perform rack work and bulk stacking.
• Load and unload trailers while monitoring camera feeds and workstation dashboards.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs and customer‑specific workflows.
• Communicate status updates, exceptions and task completions via Slack and email.
• Document operational details and report any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience operating forklifts (remote or on‑site) in warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong safety awareness, attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive or detailed tasks.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (counterbalance or reach truck).
• Controller‑based interfaces or gaming‑style controls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with Slack and email for workplace communication.
