Remote Healthcare Recruiter – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for our dental service organization and other healthcare entities. The role is fully remote, focused on candidates based in Latin America, and supports U.S. practices in Maryland and Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for clinical (dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, office managers) and corporate positions.
• Write and post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, GoTu and other industry boards.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and niche networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct qualification calls and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain candidate communication, support offer negotiations and oversee onboarding logistics.
• Track hiring metrics and keep the ATS updated with accurate pipeline data.
• Partner with practice leaders to understand staffing needs and build a pre‑vetted talent pool.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably for U.S. companies.
• Fluent written and spoken English (business level).
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet and ability to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Ability to post and manage listings on job boards and niche platforms such as GoTu.
