Remote IT Administrator – AI Systems & IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong Remote IT Administrator with hands‑on experience in IT operations and AI‑powered tools. The role involves managing employee onboarding/offboarding, user access, troubleshooting daily IT issues, and supporting autonomous AI systems and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure, test, and manage autonomous AI systems and agents (e.g., Claude or similar platforms).
• Handle the full IT employee lifecycle, including account creation, device provisioning, and offboarding.
• Resolve day‑to‑day IT tickets covering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom, Hubstaff, Odoo, Windows, macOS, VPN, and application access.
• Create, modify, audit, and deactivate user accounts and permissions across company systems.
• Troubleshoot network and remote connectivity issues, applying knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and basic security.

Required profile

• Proactive and independent problem‑solver comfortable working fully remotely.
• Practical experience with AI models/agents such as Claude or comparable platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT operations, user access management, and network fundamentals.

• AI platform management (Claude or similar)
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoom, Hubstaff, Odoo
• Windows and macOS administration
• VPN and remote connectivity tools
• IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, basic network security
