Remote Marketing Assistant – Performance & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Assistant to join our fully remote team. You will own paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok while also managing organic social channels, always balancing acquisition goals with marketplace health.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Create and schedule social‑media posts, leveraging automation tools.
• Develop separate acquisition strategies for B2C sign‑ups, activations, applications and re‑engagement.
• Own budget pacing, weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Design and run structured experiments (creative, audience, keywords, landing pages) and scale winning variants.
• Ensure reliable tracking (pixels, events) and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve attribution gaps.
• Work closely with product, sales and creative teams during EU business hours to ship quickly.

Required profile

• Available to work consistently during CET/CEST hours.
• 4+ years of measurable performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
