Remote Paralegal – US Law Firm Support

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to our attorneys in a fully remote setting. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients while adhering to U.S. law firm standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct case-law and statutory research, summarize findings, and prepare briefs, timelines, and fact summaries.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal correspondence; proofread and organize documents for accuracy.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines; schedule hearings, meetings, and track court dates.
• Assist with client intake, follow-up on documentation, and provide regular updates to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a paralegal in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or current enrollment in law school.
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
• Available to work during U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
• Experience using legal software, CRM platforms, and online communication tools.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
