Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from global enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes, enforce quality standards, and manage project budgets.
• Facilitate clear communication among cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
