Remote Recruiter – Virtual Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team remotely. You will source, screen, and attract top‑tier candidates for a variety of positions, leveraging major job platforms and your virtual recruiting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract high‑caliber candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct comprehensive screening to match candidates with role requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies such as cold‑calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Perform phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a virtual recruiter focused on sourcing and screening.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently from a dedicated home workspace.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proven experience with Indeed.
• Proven experience with ZipRecruiter.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
