Remote Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Corporate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing specialist recruitment agency seeking a self‑motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in Colombia. You will operate a full‑cycle, 360° desk focused on technology and corporate talent for North American clients, leveraging advanced AI‑driven tools and CRMs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across the technology and corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
• Source, engage, and screen high‑calibre candidates using proactive outreach and our tech stack.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from client pitch to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct market mapping to stay abreast of industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360° agency recruitment role, preferably in technology, IT, or corporate sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly autonomous, disciplined, and comfortable working fully remotely.
