Remote Recruitment Manager for LATAM Market

About the role

Valatam is looking for a bilingual Recruitment Manager to lead its remote hiring function across Latin America. You will shape recruitment strategy, oversee high‑volume and specialized hiring, and ensure the talent pipeline aligns with the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote recruitment team, set performance standards and ensure accountability.
• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies that meet hiring targets.
• Validate hiring requests, assign searches, and approve candidates for introduction.
• Develop and optimise sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships and outreach.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, funnel conversion, cost‑per‑hire and recruiter performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve time‑to‑hire, candidate quality and team productivity.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, pipeline hygiene and reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese.
• 2+ years managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO or outsourcing.
• 2‑5 years designing and executing full‑cycle recruitment strategies.
• Proven experience with high‑conversion sourcing, mass recruitment and specialized hiring.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Quiet home office with stable internet and backup connection.
