Remote Safety Manager

About the role

In Time Transport Corp is seeking a Remote Safety Manager to lead measurable safety improvements and support driver retention through expert coaching. This full‑time remote position focuses on behavioral change, driver development, and strict safety standards across a geographically dispersed fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers via phone and internal platforms to document safety interactions.
• Identify unsafe driving behaviors using camera systems, safety reports, and operational data.
• Conduct structured coaching conversations to correct habits and reinforce safe practices.
• Explain safety risks, consequences, and best practices to influence driver behavior.
• Maintain professional, trust‑based relationships while enforcing firm safety expectations.
• Monitor and analyze safety events from AI camera systems (Netradyne, Samsara) and performance metrics.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and track safety trends.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, driver qualifications, drug & alcohol programs, and CSA scores.
• Develop and improve safety procedures, coaching frameworks, and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management within transportation.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $1,500‑$2,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses up to 20 % of base salary.
• Overtime pay at $15 per hour.
• Full‑time remote work with flexible time‑zone coverage (GMT‑06:00 to GMT+02:00).
