Remote Safety Manager

About the role

In Time Transport Corp is seeking a Remote Safety Manager to lead measurable safety improvements across its driver fleet. You will work directly with drivers, using telematics and camera data to coach, correct unsafe behaviors, and foster long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers via phone and internal platforms to document safety interactions.
• Identify unsafe driving habits through AI‑powered camera systems, safety reports, and operational data.
• Conduct structured coaching sessions that explain risks, reinforce best practices, and drive behavioral change.
• Maintain driver trust while enforcing consistent safety standards.
• Own safety outcomes, aiming to reduce incidents and improve performance metrics.
• Review safety events from Netradyne or Samsara cameras, analyze reports, and investigate root causes.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, driver qualifications, drug & alcohol programs, and CSA scores.
• Help develop and refine safety procedures, documentation, and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management within transportation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach drivers and influence behavior positively.
• Strong analytical mindset for safety data and incident trends.

• Base compensation USD 1,500 – 2,000 per month.
