Remote Sales Agent (Home Services Platform)

About the role

Homeaglow is looking for a Remote Sales Agent to join its fast‑growing home‑services platform. You will engage prospective customers through phone, text and email, turning warm and cold leads into booked cleaning jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, SMS or email and present the platform’s cleaning solutions.
• Convert leads into sales by showcasing vouchers and service benefits.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Improve call flows and scripts to increase conversion rates.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets while adhering to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Outstanding listening skills, attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Persuasive, results‑oriented and comfortable working 5 days × 9 hours per week, including shift work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced tech‑startup environment.

Required skills

• Google Chrome (latest version).
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
• USB or Bluetooth headset with noise‑cancelling microphone (wired preferred).
• Webcam.
• Personal computer with Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4000 series or newer) processor.
• At least 6 GB RAM (upgrade to 16 GB after training).
• SSD storage of 256 GB minimum (preferably 512 GB).
• Second monitor (24" minimum, 1920 × 1080) after training.

What we offer

• Base pay of $3 USD per hour during training, $4 USD per hour after endorsement.
