About the role

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our remote team on a commission‑only basis. The role focuses on generating new B2B business through outbound prospecting, presenting multiple product lines, and closing deals. Success is driven by activity, discipline, and the ability to create opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact business owners, managers, and decision‑makers via calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
• Present our products and services clearly and professionally.
• Match customer needs with appropriate solutions and book qualified appointments or demos.
• Maintain lead records, activity logs, and follow‑up tasks in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets while working independently.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable with a commission‑only compensation model.
• Confident in making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or closing (B2B experience preferred).
