Remote Sales Assistant – Insurance Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Assistant to join our team and help customers secure their future with tailored insurance solutions. This position involves both inbound and outbound customer interactions to promote and sell insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in the call center and positively promote Global insurance products.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Sell insurance products that best fit each customer's requirements.
• Make outbound calls, send emails and SMS to optimize sales potential.
• Achieve performance‑based incentives in addition to a competitive base salary.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (conversational level).
• Proficient with computers and comfortable using various software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Personable and able to build rapport with customers.
• Willing to conduct outbound calls, emails and SMS communications.
