Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

EVOLUTION POWER LLC is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to connect U.S. homeowners with professional mitigation and restoration services. You will work from a home office in Colombia, making outbound calls to qualified leads and setting up inspections for the technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 200‑250 outbound calls per day to identify property damage such as mold, leaks, or roof issues.
• Qualify leads and schedule a minimum of three daily inspections.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and ensure information flow is up‑to‑date.
• Achieve weekly targets, including at least two signed claims per week.

Required profile

• Proficient in telesales with strong persuasion and empathy.
• Interest in developing insurance‑sales expertise.
• Fluent in conversational English.
• Resides in Colombia and can work independently in a remote environment.
