Remote Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media professional to support a growing business by creating engaging content, managing multiple social media accounts, and executing marketing strategies—all on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and others.
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Write compelling captions and copy, monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
• Respond to followers, escalate inquiries, and maintain brand consistency.
• Research industry trends, competitors and generate content ideas.
• Assist with content calendars, campaign planning and basic performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and digital assets.
• Support email marketing and other digital initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands or clients simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
