Remote Vacation Planning Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Vacation Planning Consultant to join our growing virtual team. You will guide clients through the entire travel planning process, from initial consultation to final booking, ensuring memorable experiences across cruises, resorts, Disney destinations and international getaways.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture vacation preferences, budgets and special requirements.
• Research and recommend suitable vacation packages, cruises and all‑inclusive resorts.
• Create customized itineraries and coordinate reservations with airlines, hotels and tour operators.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide follow‑up throughout the booking lifecycle.
• Stay up‑to‑date on destination trends, promotions and supplier training.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive and attentive customer service.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality or travel is a plus.
• Training will be provided.
