Remote Web Developer (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer based in LATAM to design, build, and maintain web applications for U.S. clients. This fully remote position requires both front‑end and back‑end expertise, a focus on performance, and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and adhere to best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and devices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment.
• Fluent English for written and spoken communication.
