Retail Manager – Training & Development

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Manager (Training) to lead the training strategy for electronic device sell‑out across multiple points of sale. The role combines learning & development expertise with a strong understanding of the retail technology landscape to boost team performance and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor country‑level training plans, tracking quantitative reach and qualitative outcomes via our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with Global Strategy and Regional teams to adapt and localise product training materials, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead region‑wide training initiatives, including certifications, upskilling workshops and recognition programmes.
• Coordinate weekly regional meetings, evaluate target achievement, and produce summary reports for Regional and Global Directors.
• Conduct quarterly in‑field assessments, gather competitive intelligence and identify training gaps during major product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Training Management and Learning & Development (L&D) within technology or retail sectors.
• Strong business understanding of retail operations and a keen interest in technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and personnel management abilities.
• Conscientious, proactive, hardworking and eager to learn.
