Retail Training Manager – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Training Manager to drive electronic device sell‑out in Bogotá by executing our retail training strategy. The role is fully onsite and focuses on planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of country‑wide training planning, delivery, and results tracking.
• Coordinate courseware and curriculum in line with the Global Retail Training Strategy.
• Design and develop regional training programs, including workshops, certifications, reward & recognition initiatives, and on‑ground support for key markets.
• Lead weekly regional meetings to monitor training objectives, delivery, and outcomes.
• Conduct market research and apply performance evaluation methodologies to improve training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consumer‑focused brand (e.g., Training Manager, Training Coordinator, Retail Manager, Trade Marketing).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage personnel.
