Revenue Systems Administrator

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a Revenue Systems Administrator to own and optimize its revenue‑related technology stack. You will work on a lean, high‑output RevOps team, translating business needs into technical solutions and driving efficiency across sales and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce on a daily basis, including object configuration, custom fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, automations, and permission sets.
• Maintain CRM data integrity by designing data quality standards, running audits, and resolving data issues.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture decisions, builds, and integrations.
• Champion AI‑powered tool adoption across the Revenue team, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Configure and roll out new revenue tools and processes, acting as the primary owner of AI‑driven solutions for GTM teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level individual contributor with a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both engineering and GTM (sales, customer success) teams.
• Ability to own projects end‑to‑end and solve open‑ended problems.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration (objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automation, permission sets).
• Data architecture and data quality management.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in revenue operations.
