Roofing Supplement Specialist - Remote

About the role

Roofs in a Box is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Roofing Supplement Specialist to support U.S. roofing and insurance restoration projects. You will review insurance scopes, identify missing or underpaid items, and prepare supplement requests while working remotely from Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Review insurance scopes and determine additional items that should be supplemented.
• Create and submit accurate estimates using Xactimate or other estimating software.
• Gather and organize supporting documentation such as photos, invoices, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, internal teams, and homeowners to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Track supplement submissions, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing, construction, estimating, or insurance restoration.
• Understanding of roofing systems and construction practices.
• Familiarity with the insurance claims process and related documentation.
• English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and use Xactimate (training provided).

Required skills

• Xactimate (or similar estimating software).
