Sales Analyst – Demand & Inventory Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to own demand and inventory planning across multiple sales channels. You will translate historical performance, market trends and business goals into accurate forecasts and actionable inventory plans while collaborating with sales, operations and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales forecasts for various territories and channels (e‑commerce, wholesale, retail, marketplace).
• Monitor inventory health and recommend adjustments to meet demand.
• Provide data‑driven insights that guide planning decisions across sales, operations and supply‑chain functions.
• Create and update reports, dashboards and KPI trackers for business stakeholders.
• Act as the liaison between sales, operations and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment on demand and inventory targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, sales planning or a related analytical role.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and turn findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with multiple sales channels such as e‑commerce, wholesale, retail or marketplace environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Available to work US time zones (graveyard shift) and able to start within two weeks.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Forecasting, demand planning and inventory analysis.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation.
