Sales Appointment Setter

About the role

The Sales Appointment Setter will be the first point of contact for leads entering Passive Workforce’s pipeline. Working remotely from Latin America, you will qualify inbound leads and re‑engage quiet prospects, booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads and introduce them to our consulting and digital services.
• Call, text and email past leads who have gone quiet to re‑engage and qualify them.
• Schedule qualified appointments on the calendar based on the service fit.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for leads worked, calls made and appointments booked.
• Log every interaction and update lead status in the CRM.
• Assist the sales team with follow‑up tasks and calendar management.
• Produce weekly and monthly activity reports.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America with perfect, fluent English and no strong accent.
• Proven setter or sales experience in remote SaaS, consulting or service‑based environments.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone, handling objections without a forced script.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and hit daily metrics.
• Available to work 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel (or comparable CRM platforms).

What we offer

• Compensation around $1,800 per month, with base/commission mix negotiable.
