About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our sales team in Bogotá. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting proposal preparation, and ensuring smooth hand‑offs between departments so the salespeople can concentrate on client relationships and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Prepare and update sales proposals, documentation, and pricing information.
- Coordinate project setup, timelines, and client hand‑offs across internal teams.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving forward.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, dependable and collaborative mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Currently residing in Bogotá.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Pipedrive.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
