Sales & Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales & Business Development Representative you will turn meaningful conversations into lasting partnerships within the outsourced bookkeeping, accounting and tax services industry. You will connect growing companies with trusted financial solutions, expand market reach and drive sustainable revenue for Emapta.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the financial services sector.
• Conduct cold calls, video meetings and follow‑up communications to generate qualified leads.
• Present consultative, solution‑based sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and update CRM records, track pipeline and report sales metrics.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term relationship management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing or appointment setting.
• Experience selling professional or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work remotely with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Experience using Slack, Zoom and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to research prospects, analyse market trends and execute targeted outreach.
