Sales & Business Development Representative

About the role

Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a full‑time Sales & Business Development Representative to drive agency growth through outbound prospecting. Working remotely, you will build high‑impact pipelines, qualify leads, and book discovery calls that fuel the company’s digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain an outbound sales pipeline, making 20+ prospecting calls per day.
• Book a minimum of 4–5 new discovery calls each month and maintain at least six touch points per lead.
• Qualify prospects and hand them off to the marketing‑review stage.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using automation tools, following up with contacts who engage.
• Create simple graphics and email content to support outbound outreach.
• Track goals and report progress in weekly (and daily during onboarding) check‑ins.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a self‑starter, coachable attitude.
• Comfortable generating and qualifying your own leads from scripts and onboarding materials.
• Active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Motivated by goal‑oriented compensation and uncapped earning potential.
