Sales Conversion Trainer

About the role

The Patient Conversion Sales Trainer will coach agents and front‑line leaders to turn inbound patient inquiries into scheduled evaluations and procedures. This hands‑on, on‑site role focuses on live call listening, side‑by‑side coaching, role‑play and floor support to improve conversion metrics across Patient Access, Patient Success and Appointment Services.

Key responsibilities

• Coach agents on discovery, objection handling and confident appointment setting to increase booked evaluations.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, refresher training, role‑plays and targeted coaching based on performance gaps.
• Analyze live and recorded calls, QA scores and conversion data to identify coaching opportunities and recommend script or workflow improvements.
• Provide real‑time floor support, feedback and huddles while partnering with team leaders to reinforce accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coaching, call‑center training or conversion performance improvement.
• Demonstrated impact on metrics such as booking rate, close rate, show rate or revenue conversion.
• Experience in healthcare or service‑based treatment conversion is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or strong English with U.S. Eastern Time availability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with QA scorecards and call‑monitoring tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and contact‑center reporting platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills for funnel insights and action planning.
