About the role

The Sales & Customer Solutions Representative will connect prospective customers with trusted insurance support, simplifying protection for home, auto and personal coverage. Working onsite at Emapta’s offices in Colombia, you will engage in both outbound and inbound calls, delivering clear value propositions and guiding prospects to qualified insurance agents.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections and transfer qualified leads to insurance agents.
  • Handle inbound calls, identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate queue.
  • Build rapport with customers over the phone and maintain organized notes and follow‑up tasks.
  • Collect accurate customer information and clearly articulate the insurance value proposition.
  • Achieve targets for call volume, transfers, conversions and quality metrics.

Required profile

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience.
  • Proven ability to overcome objections and handle adversity.
  • Strong work ethic, self‑starter mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
