Sales Development and Executive Outreach Manager

About the role

PlanITROI is seeking a Sales Development and Executive Outreach Manager to work directly with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. The role focuses on driving outbound sales, activating executive relationships, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified business appointments each week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and CSO to plan, prioritize, and execute outbound sales outreach campaigns.
• Research target companies, decision‑makers and referral sources using Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
• Enrich, organize and prioritize leads, then track all activities in Salesforce.
• Craft personalized outbound emails and conduct professional phone calls to schedule meetings.
• Leverage the existing executive network, warm referrals and lead‑generation team inputs to secure appointments.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, confirmations and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, tasks and outcomes, ensuring smooth hand‑off to Client Success.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all executive interactions.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and persistent with a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable communicating with U.S. executives, business owners and partners.
• Independent thinker who can take assignments and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection for video calls and real‑time CRM work.
