About the role

HireHawk is looking for a highly driven Sales Development Manager to build and operate its outbound engine from the ground up. This hands‑on role combines strategic outbound process design with daily prospecting activities to generate qualified sales opportunities for the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the daily outbound activity model, setting call‑volume targets, follow‑up cadence and conversion benchmarks.
  • Build, test and optimise high‑volume prospecting workflows using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and CRM databases.
  • Generate targeted lead lists, execute cold‑call, email and LinkedIn outreach, and continuously refine messaging based on market feedback.
  • Track outreach performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline health.
  • Book qualified meetings and create a sales‑ready pipeline for the broader sales team.
  • As the function scales, hire, onboard, coach and manage additional SDRs.

Required profile

  • Proven experience creating outbound sales systems, not just operating within an existing process.
  • Comfort with high‑volume cold calling, list segmentation and KPI tracking.
  • Strong execution focus and ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day prospecting.
  • Leadership potential to coach and grow a future SDR team.
