Sales Development Representative – Board Platform (Colombia)

About the role

Ideals is expanding its Board platform in North America and is looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Colombia. The SDR will generate outbound leads, qualify prospects and schedule demos for Account Executives across key verticals such as finance, healthcare and education. This remote‑first role offers the chance to join a fast‑growing SaaS product from the ground floor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to North American accounts.
• Research target personas and craft impactful initial contacts.
• Book qualified product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through HubSpot CRM.
• Provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Keep accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience with exposure to US & Canada markets.
• Strong business communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven objection‑handling, rapport‑building and gatekeeper navigation abilities.
• High tenacity, adaptability and a strong desire to grow quickly.
• Fast learner, comfortable with technology and sales tools.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency.
