Sales Development Representative – Cybersecurity Compliance

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound outreach to generate high‑value opportunities for a leading cybersecurity compliance platform. You will engage qualified prospects, qualify interest, and set up discovery meetings for senior sales colleagues, contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make more than 100 outbound calls daily using a pre‑vetted prospect list.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach, combining phone calls and email campaigns.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest in cyber compliance software and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with demand‑generation and prospecting tools.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Strong drive, initiative and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce or a similar platform.
