Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive growth by creating new business conversations and opening doors with prospective clients. You will engage decision‑makers, understand their staffing and outsourcing challenges, and represent our services in a confident, persuasive manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospects and understand their outsourcing needs.
• Present our outsourcing solutions in a professional, consultative manner.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Develop long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communication with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven by sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1 proficiency).

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
