Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to recruit and onboard attorneys for our Lawyer Referral Service. The role combines outbound prospecting, relationship management, and administrative coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source prospective attorney members based on practice area and geography.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to assess membership needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through enrollment, including collection of agreements, insurance proof, and payment.
• Handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and discuss membership opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the service.
• Maintain organized recruitment files and accurate records in the internal CRM.

• Strong time‑management, organization, and self‑motivation.
• Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable making outbound sales and recruitment calls.
