Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities and nurture existing leads. The role involves collaborating closely with the Marketing team and operating in a fast‑paced environment to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of leads to ensure engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and nurture both inbound and outbound prospects.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest in our products and services.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory, ensuring data accuracy.
• Track accounts, prospects, calls, and activities in Salesforce.com.
• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
• Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum education).
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent in English.
