Sales Development Representative (PEA)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will generate and qualify new business opportunities for our corporate units in Bogotá. Your work will feed the sales pipeline and help build strong customer relationships through proactive prospecting and lead management.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, understand their needs and tailor outreach.
• Conduct daily outreach via phone and digital channels to capture interest and qualify prospects.
• Record new leads accurately, capturing relevant interaction data for follow‑up.
• Critically evaluate leads for suitability, interest level and readiness to move forward.
• Deliver qualified leads promptly to sales representatives for seamless handover.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial or technical markets.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple prospects.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of industrial equipment markets or technical sales environments.
