Sales Development Representative (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Development Representative to accelerate our B2B growth from Colombia. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and presenting offshore staffing solutions to US and global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential B2B prospects (HR leaders, C‑level executives) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through personalized email sequences, cold calling and social selling.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule introductory calls and conduct virtual presentations alongside the founders.
• Articulate the value proposition of offshore/nearshore staffing, address client questions and position the solution as a scaling tool.
• Collaborate on regional marketing initiatives, contribute insights, and help craft micro‑campaigns and LinkedIn content.

Required profile

• Based in Colombia with a noise‑free remote work environment and stable internet (25‑50 Mbps).
• 1‑3 years of SDR/BDR experience in offshore staffing, RPO or global talent solutions.
• Near‑native English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Self‑motivated, highly organized and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with outbound automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist).
• Comfort with communication tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, email.
• Basic office suite skills (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
