Sales Development Representative (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to own the top of our outbound sales funnel. This fully remote, full‑time position works on U.S. business hours and focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage prospect lists using sales tools and research target companies and decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads, schedule qualified meetings, and maintain high show‑up rates.
• Handle objections, refine messaging, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report daily activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an outbound SDR, Business Development Representative, or Appointment Setter.
• Consistently meets or exceeds outbound sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Multi‑channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach).
• CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
