Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a tenacious Sales Development Representative to lead outbound lead generation for a leading commercial signage and branding firm. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for a self‑motivated "hunter" who enjoys building pipelines from scratch and setting up the closing team for success.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify commercial prospects across multiple industries that need high‑impact signage and branding solutions.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google and industry directories.
• Execute high‑volume outbound campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn, including daily cold‑calling.
• Qualify leads, generate interest and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously optimise the sales funnel.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Self‑starter mindset with the ability to source leads and build lists independently.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
