Sales Development Representative (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a curious, self‑motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to join our remote team serving Latin America. You will combine strategic research, AI‑enhanced outreach, and high‑impact conversations to generate qualified meetings for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify decision‑makers and anticipate their pain points.
• Generate outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings using cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Leverage AI tools to automate lead enrichment, personalize outreach at scale, and reduce manual data entry.
• Maintain a high‑quality outreach pipeline and track performance metrics in the CRM.
• Keep the CRM clean and up‑to‑date, documenting interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, handing over prospects with full context for closing.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, BDR/SDR or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Fluent English (written & verbal) and native or fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong intellectual curiosity about business models and industry trends.
• Resilient mindset – treats rejection as data and keeps prospecting.

Required skills

• Experience with modern sales tech such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay or Lavender.
• Comfort using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for content generation and workflow automation.
