Sales Development Representative – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Florida Pure Water Services is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to handle inbound and outbound phone sales, schedule appointments, and provide customer support for water filtration and treatment solutions. The role is remote, preferably based in Latin America, and requires fluent American‑style English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, follow up leads from Google, Facebook, and the website, and make outbound calls to prospects and past customers.
• Qualify customers, discuss water concerns, present system options using approved scripts, and close sales or transfer qualified opportunities.
• Schedule complimentary water‑test appointments, confirm decision‑makers, and maintain accurate appointment notes.
• Handle service requests, schedule repairs or maintenance, and promote the Annual Water Care Plan.
• Manage contacts, pipelines, and tasks in the GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring data is clean and up‑to‑date.
• Process payments through approved systems, record transactions, and prepare daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with a natural American accent.
• Professional phone etiquette, strong listening skills, and ability to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset.
• Availability during U.S. business hours and willingness to submit a voice recording.

Required skills

• Experience with phone sales, appointment setting, or call‑center operations.
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM (strongly preferred).
• Comfort using calendars, spreadsheets, and payment processing tools.
• Accurate data‑entry and attention to detail.
