About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing, international team. In this remote, full‑time position you will generate new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on needs and fit.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow‑ups.
- Track activities and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
- Professional level English communication skills.
- Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent and goal‑driven.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in fintech, trading or brokerage is a strong plus.
Required skills
- HubSpot CRM (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
