Sales Development Representative – Warm Lead Nurturing

About the role

8020REI is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to lead the re‑engagement of warm leads and help build a high‑quality sales pipeline for its real‑estate data analytics platform. You will work closely with Account Executives, develop outreach playbooks, and use data‑driven insights to accelerate deal cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑channel outreach to re‑engage warm leads such as past demo requests and stalled deals.
• Qualify prospects beyond scripts, ensuring alignment with the ideal customer profile and renewed buying intent.
• Identify process improvements and create documented playbooks for warm‑lead nurturing.
• Support Account Executives on re‑engaged opportunities and help accelerate the sales cycle.
• Analyze outreach performance data, spot trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
• Proven record of exceeding quota, especially in nurturing and re‑engaging warm leads.
• Coachable, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
